Atlas Composites were once again in the media spotlight with the recent site visit of TV production company, Ian Tennant Productions, to document the companies rapid growth and produce a video case study of their drive towards SC21 recognition.
The Atlas Composites ethos is ‘manufacturing excellence for extraordinary performance’ and a push towards SC21 bronze recognition, with a video case study to promote the fact, will certainly strengthen Atlas Composites position as a leading UK composites manufacturer.
Managing director Shaun Moloney said Atlas Composites has established itself as one of the UK’s most accredited and trusted composites manufacturers and is on course to continue its rapid expansion.
“Our clients are among the most dynamic and forward thinking companies in the industry and include the likes BAE Systems, Bombardier, MBDA, and Lockheed Martin (UK).”
“Securing SC21 recognition is critical to the continued competitiveness of the UK in the aerospace and defence industry and is also a key performance indicator in building on our success and reputation for delivering the highest quality service.”
“We’re delighted to have recently achieved AS 9100 Rev C and are confidently working towards SC21 recognition,” Shaun added. AS9100 Rev C and SC21 recognition are a benchmark of the highest quality in our field. Our drive towards recognition will put us in a strong position to become the preferred supplier of major players in a host of industries.”
21st Century Supply Chains (SC21) is the single, coordinated industrial change programme developed by and for the UK defence, aviation and space sectors. This industry-led campaign is aimed at transforming how the UK does business by accelerating competitiveness and cementing vital relationships between customers and suppliers.
